Feeding Those In Need

#Cachefoodpantry #MyDiscoveryDestination

Pre-K Adventure

Gather some food to donate to the Cache food pantry to help another family in need.  There are many ways to complete this adventure:

  • Do you have a garden that is producing more food than you can keep up with? Gather up your excess and take it to the food pantry to help someone else.
  • Maybe you don’t have a garden but you have a neighbor who does. Ask them if they need help harvesting the excess and getting it to where it can bless the lives of others.
  • Do you have elderly neighbors (or not so elderly neighbors) who have fruit trees that they can no longer keep up with. Volunteer to pick the fruit for them and ask them if you can take the extra fruit to the food pantry.
  • Ask your mom or dad if there are any canned items in your pantry that you could donate.
