Pre-K Adventure

 

Choose one thing you want to get better at and then for 21 days do one thing every day to help you get better at it.

 

After 21 days you may just want to choose something else and do it again!

Basic Adventure

 

No matter how close or how far away from your ‘ideal self’ you are, you can get there over time with just little actions every day. It’s little things you do every day– the things that don’t seem to matter at all– that make ALL the difference!

 

The first step is to determine where you want to be. Take some time to create a clear picture of where you want to be in a specific area of your choice. It can be in a particular topic in school, the kind of friend you want to be, the kind of son or daughter or sibling you want to be, the level of health and fitness you want to achieve, etc.

 

You choose the area, and then:

  • create a very clear picture in your mind of what you want to be
  • write it down on paper
  • identify 1-2 things you can do every day to get you closer to being that person.
  • celebrate the little daily wins– when you stumble just start again.

 

Remember, it’s not about how fast you get there, it’s about the direction you are heading. Do your 1-2 things every day for 30 days and see what a difference it makes!

Super Achiever Adventure

 

SUPERAchievers are in it to WIN it!!

 

Keep doing your 1-2 things for 90 days and see how close you can get to the end goal.

 

It helps to have an accountability partner. Find a friend who also has a goal to improve in something.

The two of you can help keep each other stay accountable by

  • reporting to each other every day when you have done the 1-2 things you committed to doing, and
  • sharing the progress, the challenges and the rewards you are experiencing from this Adventure.
